NOONI is a lingerie brand currently in development. This notice explains what information we collect through wearenooni.com, why we collect it and the choices you have.
What we collect
If you join the founding list, we collect your name, email address, marketing preference and any optional questionnaire answers you choose to give us. We may also record the advertising source or campaign that brought you to the site so we can understand which messages are useful.
Why we use it
- To send the development, wear-testing and launch updates you asked to receive.
- To understand what women want from NOONI and help shape prototypes, sizing, colours and pricing.
- To assess interest in the product and improve the website and advertising.
- To protect the website and keep an accurate record of consent.
Email and marketing
We only send founding-list emails where you have actively asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time, use the link in any future email, or contact us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything that happened before you withdrew it.
Optional product research
The questionnaire is optional and separate from joining the founding list. Some questions ask about intimate moisture or discharge and may reveal information about your health. We only save a completed questionnaire where you give separate, explicit consent for NOONI to use those answers for product research.
You can withdraw this research consent by emailing hello@wearenooni.com. We will then delete the identifiable questionnaire answers or irreversibly de-identify them, unless we must keep limited information to meet a legal obligation. Withdrawing research consent does not automatically unsubscribe you from founding-list emails; you can manage those separately.
Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement
Necessary technology keeps the website, security controls and founding-list form working. It is always active because the service cannot operate properly without it.
We ask before using optional analytics. If you accept analytics, we record page views and key steps such as opening or completing the founding-list form, along with campaign information where present. This helps us distinguish genuine product interest from problems with an advert or webpage.
If you separately accept Meta advertising measurement, the Meta Pixel may store or read identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. When a founding-list signup succeeds, we may also send Meta a matching server-side Lead event through the Conversions API. This may include a one-way hashed version of the email address and first name supplied, the browser and IP information needed for matching, the page URL and Meta identifiers where available. We do not send questionnaire answers to Meta. Browser and server events use the same event identifier so the signup can be deduplicated.
You can reject all optional tracking, allow analytics only or accept both analytics and Meta measurement. You can reopen Cookie choices from the website footer at any time. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from joining the founding list.
Who receives your information
Your information is stored using the providers that host and operate the NOONI website. If you accept advertising measurement, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may process the event information described above to provide measurement and advertising services. It may also be processed by email or analytics providers where needed to provide the service and only with appropriate controls. We do not sell founding-list information.
How long we keep it
We keep founding-list information while NOONI is in development and for as long as you remain subscribed. We keep identifiable questionnaire answers only while the research consent remains valid and the answers are needed for the stated research. Research responses may be retained in an irreversibly de-identified form so that earlier product decisions remain understandable. We review identifiable information periodically and remove it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy in a portable format. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.
